PUBLICATION OF THE FIRST EDITION OF THE BOOK ISLAMIC FINANCIAL ENGINEERING:                                           

The first edition of the book on Islamic financial engineering was published by (Prof. Dr. Ikhlas Baqir Hashim Al-Najjar) teaching in the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences - College of Administration and Economics at Basra University for Dar Al-Ayyam for Publishing and Distribution in Amman - Jordan for the year 2018.                                                                                                                         

Al-Najjar explained that financial engineering is one of the modern concepts that entered the world of finance and investment, and it means design and development processes for innovative financial instruments and formulating creative solutions to financing problems, and then the possibility of using them in risk management. Perhaps using them in Islamic banks is an urgent necessity, as Sharia is not only what governs the relationship.  Between God Almighty and mankind, but it regulates relations between human beings, as a Muslim must always be sure that his deeds are in accordance with Islamic law.
