THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS SEMINAR ENTITLED “REVIEWING BOOKS AND ACADEMIC SOURCES FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS”
On Tuesday 14/11/2023 the Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Department of Economics, organized an awareness-raising seminar entitled (Reviewing books and academic sources for university students, attended by Assist. Prof. Dr. Sami Hashem Faleh in the college gardens.
The seminar aimed to introduce students in the initial university stages to the types of solid scientific sources and how to make scientific citations, as well as how to provide a summary of any book or scientific research.
The seminar recommended developing proposals for writing scientific research for second-stage students to increase their knowledge and develop their writing abilities.
