MASTER THESIS AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF HUMAN RESOURCES ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE, TALENT CAPITAL INTERACTIVE VARIABLE:
A master's thesis in the Department of Business Administration discussed the impact of human resource flexibility on organizational performance, talent capital interactive variable - an exploratory study of two samples of the Sunni Endowment Directorate's employees in the southern region of administrative and religious staff
The thesis presented by the researcher (Atheer Abdul-Jabbar) included four chapters in which the first chapter dealt with previous studies and research methodology, and the second chapter included the theoretical framework, and the third chapter included the scientific framework and the fourth and final chapter came with the most important findings and recommendations.
The thesis aimed to identify the levels of flexibility in the research area and study their impact on organizational performance. Does talent capital have an interactive effect on the relationship between human resource flexibility and organizational performance with a comparison between the administrative and religious staff, as well as presenting conceptual frameworks for the study variables?
The thesis concluded a set of theoretical and scientific results, where one of the most important applied results was that there is a statistically significant effect of the flexibility of human resources in all its dimensions on the organizational performance in its combined dimensions.
The thesis recommended the necessity of adopting higher levels of flexibility in order to preserve the Directorate's ability to face the shortage of administrative and religious cadres, in addition to increasing levels of training and adopting advanced performance evaluation mechanisms to identify the latent capabilities of workers and invest them in the best way.
