THE DEAN OF THE COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS PARTICIPATES IN A COURSE ON THE ART OF LEADERSHIP, STRATEGIC PLANNING AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT:
The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Tawfiq Shibli, participated on Tuesday 19/9/2023 in a course on the art of leadership, strategic planning, crisis management, and sustainable development, which was held by the Technology Incubator Division at the University Presidency, in the presence of the President of the University of Basra, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and a number of Deans and university lecturers
The course aims to develop leadership skills among university staff increasing administrative knowledge and enhancing capabilities and abilities, as well as Learn about the experiences of the participants and overcome all problems and obstacles that accompanies the administrative process.
The Dean stressed in his statement the need for staff affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to participate in various and ongoing training courses and workshops in the art of leadership, strategic planning and crisis management in order to develop administrative work in the management of government institutions.
