On Tuesday 22/8/2023 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis in Business Administration entitled ((The Role of Management Information Systems in International Human Resources Management: Organizational Culture as a Variable)) - an analytical study of some oil licensing companies in Basrah Governorate.

The researcher's thesis (Heba Yousef Abd) aims to identify the role of management information systems in managing international human resources and the interactive role of organizational culture in oil licensing companies in Basrah Governorate.

The thesis recommended strengthening and supporting the adoption of management information systems in the oil licensing companies in Basrah Governorate in order to improve their international human resources management practices, which helps them to develop and keep pace with changes in the modern environment and compete with other companies and outperform them.
