University of Basra discusses organizational successes an interactive variable for the relationship between the management of talent and organizational development - a survey study for sample views from managers for the formation of the Ministry of Transport in the province of Basra:

Abdul Hafez said the study aims to find the relationship and impact among the variables of the study, which was to manage the talent, independent and regulatory development, based on an active variable and organizational factors as an interactive variable.

The researcher said the research problem was that there was no effective management of corporate talent to attract people with talented qualities, which reflected a negative level of organizational development in the study community as a whole.
