BASRA UNIVERSITY HOLDS AN ADMINISTRATIVE SEMINAR ON THE MECHANISM OF CAREER WORK IN THE COLLEGE OF ADNINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS:          

Dr. Naeem Sabah Jarrah, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra, held an administrative seminar with the heads of scientific departments, divisional directors and administrative units in the college in two separate meetings to clarify the work mechanism in the college for the coming period.

The Dean discussed several axes the first of which was the importance of adhering to the official working hours and emphasizing the time of attendance, the time of departure and the time leaves during the official working hours, stressing that the employee has no right to be late in attending the working hours or leaving before the end of it or leaving during it except in cases of necessity and subject to prior approval by The direct official with a fundamental leave of absence shows his position on absenteeism.

The Dean discussed with the directors of the divisional and administrative units the problems and obstacles that the administrative units suffer from which work to limit progress and the quality of work and job performance, putting some immediate solutions for implementation and others put in the record of future work, and the Dean expressed the Deanship's readiness to seek to solve the problems of the college employees As much as possible as we feel that we are one family.
