THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH CONDUCTS A COMMUNITY VISIT TO THE KARIM AHL AL-BAYT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION:
On Wednesday 17/5/2023, a group of distinguished female lecturers at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah, accompanied by a group of students from our scientific departments (economics, accounting, financial and banking sciences), made a community visit to the Karim Ahl al-Bayt Charitable Foundation.
The visit aims to see the work of this institution and the services it provides to needy families, especially children, to know their conditions, stand up to their needs, and provide them with moral and social support to draw a smile on their faces and instill a spirit of cooperation and optimism among them.
The visit included presenting some material and intangible gifts to the needy families and their children who are inside the institution and those in charge of this institution to help the largest possible number of this group.
They advised the participants in this visit to increase cooperation between the college and charitable institutions to help those in charge of it, increase their activities for this segment, and continue to educate children, in addition to making them learn crafts that help them rely on themselves later.
In conclusion, the institution's administration praised the volunteer lecturers and students, and praised this humanitarian initiative, its importance, and the extent of its impact and assistance to them.
