On Tuesday 16/5/2023, the Accounting Department at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a panel discussion on ((The Impact of International Financial Reporting Standards and the Characteristics of the Manager in Following the Leader Company))
The seminar, in which Assist. Prof. Dr. Munther Jabbar Dagher lectured, aimed to identify the impact of international financial reporting standards and the characteristics of the manager in following the company's leader.
The seminar dealt with several axes, in which it discussed the theory of agency, the theory of supervision, the theory of immunization, and finally the theory of information transfer.
