THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRA ORGANIZES A PANEL DISCUSSION ON (THE IMPACT OF HUMAN RESOURCE COSTS IN THE VALUE CHAIN ON PERFORMANCE)
On Tuesday 9/5/2023 the Accounting Department at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a panel discussion on the impact of human resource costs in the value chain on performance.
The panel discussion which was lectured by Prof. Dr. Suhail Al-Tamimi, aimed to identify what is the impact of human resource costs on the value chain.
The panel discussion dealt with three axes, in which the first axis dealt with the methodology of the study, and the second axis dealt with the variables of the study represented by (human resources, value chain, operational performance and environmental uncertainty). The third axis discussed the study method adopted in the practical side of the study.
