BASRA UNIVERSITY HOLDS ELECTIONS FOR THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE IRAQI ACADEMIC SYNDICATE: 

The elections for the representative of the Academics Syndicate for faculty professors were held in the College of Administration and Economics Board Hall at the University of Basra, in the presence of a distinguished group of faculty members in the union.

The elections were nominated by Dr. Sami Al-Saadi and Dr. Ahmed Jaber, and Dr. Sami Al-Saadi won the confidence of 15 out of 19 voters as a representative of the lecturer on the College Board.

Al-Saadi expressed his hope that this election would be a way to achieve a better reality for the faculty members in the college and to overcome the obstacles facing the educational and academic research process and the teachers while performing their duties in the service of dear students and the visual and Iraqi community.
