BASRA UNIVERSITY OPENS A NEW DEPARTMENT IN THE COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS:

 The President of Basra University, Dr. Thamer Ahmad Hamdan, inaugurated the building of the Department of Management Information Systems in the College of Administration and Economics.

 University President Dr. Thamer Ahmad Hamdan explained that the Department of Management Information Systems is the first in the southern region at the university level and the second after the University of Mosul, and that it is one of the important and vital departments that contribute to the preparation of human resources specialized in administrative organizations, and it combines information technology and computer science,  And administration, which helps the institutions in the decision-making process.

 With a beautiful note from Dr. Thamer Ahmad Hamdan, the President of the University answered at the end of his visit. He thanked the students of the Department of Management Information Systems to attend their first acquaintance ceremony as an encouragement to our dear students.
