BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES LEADERSHIP SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY AND ITS IMPACT ON IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF SOCIAL SERVICES THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IS INTERACTIVELY CHANGING:

 A panel discussion at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed community support leadership and its impact on improving the performance of social services. The organizational climate was an interactive variable.

 Researcher Khaled Ali Hussein said that the importance of the study stems from the goals it seeks to achieve, which is developing an integrated model based on the three variables, leadership supportive of society and the organizational climate, improving social services provided and focusing on a sector that provides services to an important segment of society in need of care and attention, and highlighting the benefits obtained  From adopting the leadership style supporting the community with the aim of improving social services as well as being a modest contribution to an accumulation course of research and studies related to this important topic.
