BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES (UNEMPLOYMENT AND THE PROBLEM OF GENDER DISCRIMINATION):

A panel discussion at the College of Administration and Economics at Basra University discussed unemployment and the problem of gender discrimination.

The researcher, Prof.  Sami Obaid Al-Tamimi said that the aim of the research is to reconsider the division of labor between the two sexes, males and females within the social system, which allows the unemployment rate to be reduced to the lowest possible level and the economy to reach a state of comprehensive employment.  She supports gender equality and we must verify which of the two theories is correct.
