BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE ROLE OF PARTIAL VARIABLES IN DETERMINING THE MARKET VALUE OF SHARES:

 Basra University College of Administration and Economics discussed on Thursday 10/31/2019 a master's thesis the role of partial variables in determining the market value of shares - an applied study of a sample of companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period from 2015-2018 by student Ahmed Abdul Karim Muhammad.

 The thesis included four chapters. The first chapter dealt with the methodology of the study and previous studies. The second chapter focused on a conceptual introduction to the market value of stocks.  The third chapter included theoretical models explaining market value changes and explained in the fourth chapter the Iraq Stock Exchange and the mechanism for applying the variables to its partners.

  The study aimed to know the effect of partial variables, debt ratio, and trading ratio, earnings per share, return on investment, and return on property rights in the adopted variable (market value) and apply them to a sample of companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange.

 The study concluded with the results of FEM that all the variables included in the study are statistically significant, with the exception of the last variable returning on the right of ownership was none.
