BASRA UNIVERSITY IS DISCUSSING IDENTIFYING CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS FOR PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN MAYSAN GOVERNORATE

BASRA UNIVERSITY IS DISCUSSING IDENTIFYING CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS FOR PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN MAYSAN GOVERNORATE:

  Basra University College of Administration and Economics discussed a master's thesis on identifying critical success factors for projects to improve the performance of the electrical power distribution system in Maysan Governorate.  Using the method of the fuzzy hierarchical analysis process FAHP by the student Rayam Muhammad Jasim, the thesis included four chapters. The first chapter dealt with the methodology of the research. The second semester focused on the theoretical aspect. The third chapter included the practical side, and the fourth chapter included conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

 The study aimed to identify the study of the most influential critical success factors and its importance in managing projects to improve and develop the performance of the electrical power distribution system in Maysan Governorate, and to highlight a number of key criteria through personal interviews conducted according to limited international standards.

 The study concludes with the ratios of importance of standards, preference for safety standards over other, preference for inspection factors, system protection, risk management, work teams and maintenance.
