A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES PRIORITIZING STRATEGIES FOR A PROJECT TO TRANSFORM INTO E-MANAGEMENT USING AHP/SWAT:

The higher diploma research discussed in determining the priority of strategies for the transition project to electronic management using AHP / Swat in the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra.                                                                                                                                                    

The aim of the research presented by the student (Zahraa Haydar Kazim) is to study and identify the most prominent strategies of the transition project to electronic management and to reach the most important conclusions from the study according to the established standards and present them to the decision-makers to allow them the opportunity to choose the strategies that lead to their successful implementation.

The research concluded that the success of the electronic management transformation project requires the cooperation of the various segments of the educational institution to keep pace with modern global developments.

The researcher recommended the necessity of restructuring to improve the traditional administrative performance, which is represented in reducing the time and cost to complete transactions according to the concept of electronic management.
