THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS LECTURE ON THE TOOLS OF A SUCCESSFUL MARRIAGE PROJECT
The Educational Guidance and Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized on Thursday 3/11/2022 in cooperation with the International Classifications Unit in the Cultural Center an awareness lecture within a series of weekly lectures in mental health and family relations about the tools of the marriage project at al-hurria Hall.
The lecture, which was moderated by the psychological coach Mahmoud Miqdad Al-Basri, aims to establish a family life free of problems and issue a legal article that obliges the spouses to take courses before marriage, in addition to educating students of both sexes about the importance of awareness courses on this subject.
The lecture included several topics, the most important of which are the definition of marriage, why we marry, the test of readiness for marriage, how to attract the ideal husband or wife, types of pre-marital love and qualities of love.
The lecture recommended that attention should be paid to psychological aspects and their knowledge of the student in order to be a correct path about self-development towards society, because the stability of mental health is an important factor towards family interaction and stability, and its reversal is a behavioral disorder that causes a major impediment in the entire family growth.
