A lecture at Basra University obtains  a certificate  of appreciation from University of Mustansiriya in Baghdad

Lec. Dr. Durid Hussein Badr , A lecture in the Statistics of the Department at the college of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra ,obtained a certificate of appreciation  in an electronic   virtual workshop tagged (scientific journals and detection within Scopus warehouses ).which was held by the Department of Statistics at the college of Administration and Economics at Mustansiriya University in Baghdad, in cooperation with the Statistical Department at the college of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra and the Continuing Education Division, on Monday 27 of April 2020.

The workshop aims to identify the journal  predator that are not subject to scientific and evaluation of universities and Do not enter into the requirements of promotion and calendar in universities. Only material and commercial profit, as well as upgrading the scientific and research of the teachings and researchers and achieving the desired results and upgrading universities and their global classifications, which depends on this aspect as one of the classification standards.
