HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND ITS ROLE IN REDUCING COMPLEXITY AND PROJECT SUCCESS
The higher diploma research (contract management and its role in reducing complexity and project success) discussed at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra.
The research presented by the student (Hamaisaa Talib Yunus) included four chapters. The first chapter dealt with previous studies and research methodology. The second semester was devoted to the theoretical framework and the third chapter was the practical and practical aspect. The fourth and final chapter was concerned with conclusions and recommendations.
The research aims to demonstrate the role of contract management in reducing complexity and project success, identify the concept of contract management, identify the causes of project success, and highlight the role and effectiveness of contract management in the life of the project.
The research concluded several conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a positive relationship between contract management and the success of the project, and consequently the success of the project and its completion in the specified time, appropriate budget and required quality.
The researcher recommended the need to take care of the contract management process, its procedures and applicable rules, in addition to paying attention to directing the executive heads in the company to update or develop policies, procedures, recommendations and follow-up systems.
