A MASTER’S THESIS AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP ON CREATIVE BEHAVIOR
 
The Master of Business Administration thesis discussed the impact of servant leadership on creative behavior, the organizational climate, as a variable and mediator.
The message presented by the researcher (Ghassan Abdel Jalil Hamid) included four chapters in which the first chapter dealt with the theoretical framework, the second chapter included the previous studies and the methodology of the study, and the third chapter included the field procedural framework and the fourth and last chapter came with the most important conclusions and recommendations.
The thesis aimed to develop creative behavior in the Basra Oil Company through the preparation of servant leadership to be at the required level as it works to build the organizational climate that affects the preparation of working individuals and the creation of competitive advantage and support for all organizational areas.
The thesis drew a number of conclusions, including the presence of a direct positive effect of servant leadership, especially the influence, method of persuasion and organizational oversight on creative behavior, and the presence of a direct positive effect of servant leadership in the organizational climate.
The thesis recommended increasing the influence of servant leadership in the workplace through its work as a facilitator of organizational success and the establishment of flexible organizational structures and its support for mutual relations between workers and the number of organizational climate commensurate with the rapid changes occurring, which is positively reflected in improving creative behavior.
