HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH IS SEARCHING (THE IMPACT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE OIL INDUSTRY ON INDICATORS OF RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT IN IRAQ)
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Energy Economics on (the impact of the development of the oil industry on recruitment and employment indicators in Iraq for the period 2005-2020)
The aim of the student’s research Maysoon Naeem Jaber is to shed light on the overall operations of the oil sector and its branches in Iraq, and to show the overall contribution of the oil sector to employment in Iraq.
The researcher concluded that the significant contribution of the oil sector to the Iraqi total local production during the research period, and that there is an increase in the preparation of the population in Iraq on an ongoing basis, and the weak contribution of natural gas production in both employment indicators and total local production.
