THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRAH ORGANIZES A PANEL DISCUSSION ON THE IMPACT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FLEXIBILITY IN ACHIEVING THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF PORTS THROUGH SUPPLY CHAIN CAPABILITIES                                                   
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah organized a panel discussion on (The Impact of Information Technology Flexibility in Achieving the Competitive Advantage of Ports through Supply Chain Capabilities).
The seminar which was attended by Assistant Prof. Dr. Ammar Youssef thajer aimed to identify the impact of the flexibility of information technology on the reality of Iraqi ports and to show its importance in contributing to achieving competitive advantage by supporting the capabilities of the supply chain in this field.
The seminar touched on the statement of the importance of the current study in clarifying the most important variables that contribute to pushing the Iraqi ports forward and upgrading them and obtaining the competitive advantage through the capabilities of the supply chain and its role in the relationship between the flexibility of information technology and the competitive advantage.
