HIGH DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY LOOK FOR (ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES)              
On Wednesday 27/4/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed a high diploma in total quality management on (assessing the quality of educational services in light of the standard specification 2018: 21001).
The aim of the student’s research (Ahmed Naeem Tayyar) is to measure the level of service quality dimensions through the view of customers on the part of the Muthanna Education Foundation Services, based on the international standard.
The researcher recommended the need to work to raise the level of quality of educational services, which is evident through the buildings and the general appearance of the institution and to take care of its employees, take care of them, train and motivate them, so that the services of the institution have a clear reliability.
