BASRA UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES A PANEL DISCUSSION ON (THE INVESTMENT INVIRONMENT AND ITS ROLE IN INFLUENCING FOREIGN INVESTMENT)    
The Department of Banking and Finance at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra organized on Tuesday 26/4/2022 a panel discussion on (the investment environment and its role in influencing foreign investment for the period 2017-2021).
The panel in which Prof. Dr. Muntazer Fadel Saad lectured, aimed to identify the theoretical framework for the investment environment and to know the general framework for investment in addition to direct and indirect foreign investment.
The panel touched on the most important variables on which the Iraqi economy depends which is investment and the importance of creating an appropriate investment environment that supports the business sector, but the lack of an appropriate investment environment will be reflected in attracting local and foreign investors.
