BASRA UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES A PANEL DISCUSSION ON (FEMALE MANAGEMENT IN IRAQI BANKS AND THE OFF-ROAD DIRIVING MODEL)                   
The Department of Banking and Finance at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra organized on Tuesday 19/4/2022 a panel discussion on (Female Management in Iraqi Banks and Off-Road Driving Model).
The panel in which Prof. Dr. Abdul-Ridha Faraj Badrawi lectured aimed to present the reality of women working in the banking sector and the percentage of those occupying leadership positions or decision-making positions in comparison to their number of men, determining the extent to which women are suitable for banking work, and diagnosing obstacles to their advancement in the job to rise to the level of senior management.  .
The panel touched upon the justifications for women occupying leadership positions in the banking sector and the model of off-road driving.
