BASRA UNIVERSITY ORGANIZES A PANEL DISCUSSION ON (ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF FINANCIAL ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES ON THE FUTURE OF THE BANKING INDUSTRY IN IRAQ FOR THE PERIOD 2004-2020)
The Department of Banking and Finance Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra organized Tuesday 12/4/2022 a panel discussion on analyzing the use of financial engineering techniques on the future of the banking industry in Iraq for the period 2004-2020.
The panel in which Prof. Dr. (Ahmed Jassim Muhammad) lectured, aimed to know the dimensions of financial engineering and its importance in developing the banking industry in Iraq.
The panel touched upon that financial engineering makes an effective contribution to the development of the banking industry, and banks always need the innovations and financial tools that financial engineering offers that contribute to solving financial problems and reducing risks.
