A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY EXAMINES THE USE OF CPM AND PERT TECHNIQUES TO ANALYZE THE PROJECT’S BUSINESS NETWORK           
On Wednesday 30/3/ 2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed a high diploma in project management tagged ((I use CPM and PERT technology to analyze the project business network)) - a case study in a number of projects of the faculties of the University of Basra.
The aim of the student's research (Sanaa Naim Abdel-Jalil) is to optimize the use of the time factor as one of the three main objectives of the project and to reach the shortest path to complete the project with coordination between activities and their order in order of priority.
The researcher recommended the need to focus on the time factor as one of the three main objectives of any project and to adhere to the schedule because the time factor is important in determining the current status of the project and what are the possibilities of its completion or delay.
