A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY EXAMIES THE ROLE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING HEALTH SERVICES
On Tuesday 29/3/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed a higher diploma in quality management tagged ((the role of total quality management in improving health services, an exploratory study for a sample of employees of Al-Amal National Hospital in the City of Medicine)).
The aim of the student’s research (Ali Ahmed Aliwi) was to know the impact of total quality management on improving health services at Al-Amal Hospital in Medical City.
The researcher recommended the necessity of enhancing the hospital management’s interest in the work and applying the standards of total quality management within the framework of the health service, especially with regard to identifying the main activities that must be taken into account and focusing on them such as adopting modern administrative methods that contribute to its development and strengthening its commitment to quality.
