A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY EXAMINES THE IMPACT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE MANAGER IN PROJECT PERFORMANCE, AN APPLIED STUDY IN IBN MAJID PUBLIC COMPANY
On Sunday 27/3/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at Basra University discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Project Management, which is tagged (the impact of the manager’s efficiency on project performance, an applied study in Ibn Majid Public Company).
The research of the student (Atyaf Asaad Yassin) aims to shed light on the leadership competencies of the project manager, as well as helping the recruiters to identify competency requirements in general and to clarify the impact of the project manager's competency on the success of the project.
The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the dimension of communicating expectations because it is more relevant and impactful on the dependent variable and to reconsider the programs and methods of motivation followed by managers working in the organization.
