HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT BASRA UNIVERSITY EXAMINES THE IMPACT OF CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS IN STRATEGIC PLANNING ON COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE:
On Sunday 20/3/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Strategic Planning, which is tagged (the impact of critical success factors in strategic planning on competitive advantage, an exploratory study in the Basra Communications and Informatics Directorate).
The research of the student (Munir Abdul Razzaq) aims to show the impact of critical success factors (clearly strategic direction, strategic thinking, information technology, and strategic flexibility) on competitive advantage.
The researcher recommended that the Directorate of Communications and Information in Basra should focus on the critical success factors for strategic planning as a strategic choice that has an impact on achieving competitive advantage.
