A HIGHER DIPLOMA RESEARCH AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRA EXAMINES THE ROLE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN ACHIEVING JOB SATISFACTION
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed on Sunday 6/3/2022 the research of a higher diploma in total quality management marked (the role of total quality management in achieving Job Satisfaction).
The research of the student (Hazem Muhammad Yasser) aims to determine the extent of the impact of total quality management in achieving and improving job satisfaction in the Baghdad Rusafa Affairs Directorate and knowing the nature of the relationship between the launch of total quality management and job satisfaction.  
The researcher recommended the necessity of applying the philosophy of total quality management in the directorate (the subject of the study) and all other service departments because of their relationship in achieving job satisfaction for working individuals, which in turn leads to raising the degree of performance level for them.
