A MASTER’S THESIS AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF PROFIT MANAGEMENT ON THE MARKET VALUE OF SHARES FOR PRIVATE BANKS LISTED IN THE IRAQI STOCK EXCHANGE:
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed on Thursday 10/2/2022 a master’s thesis in the Department of Banking and Finance ((The effect of profit management on the share market value of the private banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange)).
The researcher’s thesis (Sajjad Taher Khalaf) aims to show the impact of profit management variables according to the LLPS loan loss allocation model as an independent variable in the market value of shares Banks seek to influence the outcomes of their own financial statements.
The thesis concluded that the study sample banks practice profit management during varying years of the study period, and the practice rate was more than 50%.
