A MASTER’S THESIS AT BASRA UNIVESITY DISCUSSES THE FACTORS AFFECTING THE ODDS OF DEATH FOR PEDIATRIC PATIENTS WITH LEUKEMIA AND BRAIN CANCER 
On Tuesday 8/2/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra discussed a master’s thesis in the Department of Statistics (Factors influencing the odds of death for pediatric patients with leukemia and brain cancer using the Cox regression model).
The thesis of the researcher (Hussam Rady Naima) aims to identify the most Factors affecting the incidence of leukemia and brain cancer and estimation of survival function and risk function for each of people with leukemia and people with brain cancer. 
The thesis concluded that the estimated survival status for people with leukemia and people with brain cancer according to the Kaplan-Meier scale constantly decreases with the progression of death times and is constant with the times that were not death occurs.
