On Thursday 27/1/2022 the College of Administration and Economics at Basra University discussed a master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration ((The effect of contradictory leadership on organizational creativity: the mediating role of knowledge sharing and the interactive role of psychological safety - an applied study of a sample of workers in government hospitals)).
Researcher Rawnaq Jawdat Kazim's thesis aims to discover the role of contradictory leadership, knowledge sharing, and psychological safety for workers in organizational creativity. 
The thesis concluded that psychological safety reflects the positive impact of contradictory leadership on organizational creativity to a negative impact, which may be due to the risks and threats perceived by hospital workers during the covid 19 pandemic.
