THE UNIVERSITY OF BASRA ORGANIZES A SCIENTIFIC TRIP TO SIRAJ AL-MAARIFA COMPANY    
On Wednesday 19/1/2022 the Department of Management Information Systems organized a scientific trip for students of the fourth stage to Siraj Al-Maarifa Company under the supervision of the assistant professor Dr. Bahaa Abdul Razzaq Qassem, the head of the department, and he was accompanied by a group of the department’s lecturers represented by the assistant professor Dr. Walid Maih Rodin, the lecturer Ahmed Nasser Ismail, the assistant lecturer Arafat Nasser Jassim and the assistant lecturer  Maryam Salem Jabbar.
The scientific trip aims to introduce students to the modern technological systems used in management, and the job opportunities available to students of the Management Information Systems Department in the labor market, in addition to the economic business incubator and graduate student projects.
The scientific trip included a scientific talk lecture delivered by Dr. Essam Younis Abdel Zahra the company’s manager, in which he gave an overview of the newly circulated digital information technology systems and the most important foundations and qualifications that the graduate needs to compete in the labor market.
