A MASTER’S THESIS AT BASRA UNIVERSITY DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF SYSTEM THINKING IIN INCREASING ORGANIZATIONAL IMMUNITY AND THE INTERACTIVE ROLE OF EXPENDITURE VISION:                    
On Monday 6/12/2021, the College of Administration and Economics at Basra University discussed the impact of systems thinking on increasing organizational immunity and the interactive role of the expense vision.
The thesis of the researcher (Rana Abdullah Muhammad) aims to provide a theoretical and cognitive framework related to the variables of the study and to measure the availability of organizational immunity and practices of systemic thinking and tunnel vision among officials in the Iraqi Drilling Company.
The thesis concluded that the interest in adopting the systemic thinking as a way of thinking keeps pace with the complexity and environmental development taking place, while being careful to limit and reduce the tunnel vision to a minimum.
