The College  of Management and Economics at the University of Basra on Wednesday 2021/11/24 discussed the Master's Thesis of Statistics on the use of statistical computing programs at Basra International Airport R program SPSS The researcher (Silwan Shaker Saleh) aims to apply for statistical programs represented by Excel In developing an appropriate mechanism to wait for travelers in front of service stations at Basra International Airport because of the expected bottlenecks in times and peak days.
The thesis  concluded that using network theory of waiting classes in the analysis of 2017 and 2018 and 2019 there are no bottlenecks at the time.
