A professor at the college of Administration and Economics at University of Basra Professor (Iklas Baqer AL-Najaar ) is a joint book with a group of Arab economics  researchers entitled Studies in Economics and Environment, The book, which included 398 pages on four chapters highlighted theoretical and practical basis for the economy of performance and various fields for its importance in promoting the economies of States, both developed or less developed.
